"Frustrating"

Facilities were excellent and clean

I booked in just after 18:00 and the gentlemen who booked me in, first berated me for parking my car in the wrong place, and really was not very helpful. I was been met by business colleague to go out for dinner, my room was at the back of the complex and i did not have a remote for the front gate, so had to walk around the block to meet my lift. I left my cell phone charger in room and all attempts to contact the guest house to see if they could courier it to me have been unsuccessful, todate.
