The experience at the hotel was simply amazing! The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooftop terrace was stunning, the location of the hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent! In addition, the staff helped us plan day trips from the city and arranged a wonderful guide and transportation. There are convenient laundry services — in short, a fantastic experience! We highly recommend it! Thank you!

Nice stay with a comfortable bed, there were stuff like a kettle, a multiplug, and some other facilities I liked. The breakfast was very good, staff were lovely. And the location was great.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk to the Durbar Square. The staff are warm and attentive, and the rooms offer excellent value for money.

The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.
