Camerele de la etaj prea saracacioase!

I booked three rooms for a total of eight people about a month in advance. When we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 PM, the reception told us that our reservation had been cancelled and that there were no available rooms. Earlier that day I had messaged them to ask a few questions, but no one responded, so I had no indication that there was any problem. Imagine the situation – eight people arriving in the evening in a foreign country only to find out that they are basically left on the street without accommodation. The staff showed no understanding and made no effort to help. The only explanation we received was that their system was not working and there was nothing they could do. In order to get my money back, I was told that I had to cancel the reservation myself and request a refund through the application, even though the problem was entirely on their side. After a long argument I had no choice but to do it, because it was clear that they did not care at all about the situation they were putting us in. Extremely unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and complete indifference toward guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
