This was an excellent find. The owners were incredibly helpful. They were very flexible and informative. The accommodation was delightful. The room was lovely with very thoughtful little touches. The breakfast was wonderful. I would gladly stay there again

Adrian and Doug are the perfect hosts. You are made very welcome and made to feel at home. Breakfast is great and plenty of it. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable and clean.

Doug & Adrian were wonderful owners , so friendly and accommodating , the accommodation was spotless , and everything was provided , breakfast was lovely , beds very comfortable , plenty of space , and we could use the living room , and garden when we wanted , we will back if we can , well done , one of the best b& b s we have stayed in

Sink in one of the rooms a bit small

I’ve already submitted this review but it doesn’t appear to have been received! The property was great and the room and facilities were spot on. Breakfast was fantastic. Adrian & Doug were excellent hosts. It was a perfect location for visiting a friend in Exeter and exploring Devon with her.
