ZAZAInitially when I booked it was confirmed and then messaged a little while later to say they were overbooked, but had tent rooms available which were cheaper. On our way to venue, I was messaged again to say rooms had come available and were better due to the heat. Whilst travelling, a dinner menu was sent and I could choose prior to arrival. Point is, the venue keep me informed which was excellent customer service. It is a beautiful getaway. Gorgeous Afrikaner decor, deep verandas, with comfortable seating everywhere. Beds were large and comfortable with aircon, which is a must with the Karoo heat. Pest repellant was provided in each room which is also a must as the mosquitos were out in force. Lovely pools were scattered on the property - gorgeous views of the Karoo skyline - seating offered in the bush to view the beautiful night sky. The small touches were appreciated. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

ZAeverything! it was just so peaceful and gorgeous! the staff was amazing, the house has everything and more and the beds/ bedrooms were so comfortable. five star hotel perfection in the middle of the karoo.
