The stay was comfortable, adjacent to Calangute beach and taxi stand. I had opted for non AC Quadruple room with 1+2:beds. In case staying inside room during day/ noon ac rooms are recommended as the tiled roof gets hot during day. The accn doesn't have any food facilities as conveyed in their site, however eating joints are at a walking distance. The staff is helpful. The accommodation offers blankets and towels.

A broom and a floor wiper may be kept in the room as the ground is sandy.

"Property Location is very near to beach and shoping, issue with maintance and parking.."

Location was near the beach. Property open place was good. There is no bad smell in the Room. Room was cleaned regular basis. Shoping and hotel are near by the property.

Issue with the maintance of property. Room also switch board was very old. Cot was also very old and bit damage. Staff was not user friendly. Parking of 4 wheeler not available and taking CAR to near property is very difficult.

No water bottle provided No food option... And the lady manager is tooo worst in behaving with the guest .. Too rude and bad .... Please remove her. Rest everything will work smoothly
