There is nothing to like. smell of smoke on entry and in bedroom. Bed linen needs replaced. Towels were old and discoloured. Promised milk for tea but wasn't delivered. No curtains on windows need blackout blinds/curtains. Left house without meeting owner. No one on site. No customer service.

Stayed in this house after playing Doonbeg Golf Course. Beautiful spot with walking distance to the beach for a nice sunrise swim the following morning.

Room was a bit small.

Appeared to have a great view as it is up on a hillside, but I was only there at night. Room was spacious with an extra single bed making this a nice option for those travelling with a child.

This is a larger facility so perhaps not the cozy get away often associated with B&B. Getting there involves 5-10 minutes of single lane driving that those not used to small roads may find objectionable.

Location and proximity to the beach.

No running water for most of my two day stay - was left shampooed mid-shower with no water and absolutely no help or support from the owners. I did not meet a single soul while I was there - no physical or formal or informal meeting with the proprietors, which was very odd…..especially with the water being gone and no attempt at apology or recourse for same. While the location is lovely, it is too far away from Doonbeg for a sociable night out. And with non -communicative hosts, it really was not worth the price! I paid €100 per night and with no running water! Especially after my sea swim in nearby White Strand. I would strongly NOT recommend this place to stay.
