Clean.

1. Staff not available to communicate prior to arrival. 2. No coffee maker and amenities available. 3. Would be nice if there was an elevator because you have to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. 4. Parking lot was 1/2 a block away; luggage had to be carried from there because street is narrow and is 2-way….
