Belvedere-on-River

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Fluss gegenüber vom Krüger NP und man kann zum Teil vom Zimmer oder den Terrassen aus Tiere sehen. Ganz toll war der herzliche Empfang von Christine und das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück.

Das Gebäude an sich ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat einerseits Charme, es könnte aber wirklich mal einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen.

Proche de la rivière où l’on peut voir des hippopotames, des crocodiles. On a eu la chose de voir une girafe au loin grâce aux jumelles mise à disposition.

The location was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. Spacious, comfortable and delicious breakfasts. Beautiful neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view of river. We saw crocodiles, hippos and a kudu and bush buck from the deck area. Breakfast was delicious. Location was good and not far from the Malalane Kruger Park gate with signs leading to it from N4.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view of the river. Breakfast was okay. Location was fine, but you can get lost very easily in those streets that feels like they going round in circles. You need google maps to get in and out of that area. It is a very nice place though and a very quiet area, I loved that quietness.

We had the same breakfast both mornings. We were not given an opportunity to choose something different for the second morning. The fact that the bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom downstairs was such an inconvenience especially for me who has a knee problem. The bathroom does not have a door which I didn't like especially since it is so close to the main entrance. I understand that the owner is probably trying to get more rooms in hence the layout of the rooms but it was a bit uncomfortable for me.

Everithing perfect starting from the possibility to access the room arriving at 11 am . The scenario is outstanding and the host superb. You can chose your breackfast time and a selrction out of good variety of optoons. The ingredients are fresh and very well prepared. You can enjoy your breakfast adminiring thr river and also some nice guest such as hyppo and others animals.

Unfurtonately is too far from Italy otherwise make a lot of sense to go often there.

Owners are absolutely lovely , location , views ,spacious , simplicity , homemade food , there is nothing to complain about. Loved it and will be back.
