"It was pleasant but disappointed that I could not stay in the room which I have booked."

I requested a breakfast pack, very disappointed not real value for money.

I made a booking for Tambotie House but when I checked in I were directed to another property. Met the lady in the Kruger who stayed the night that I originally booked in Tambotie House and they loved the room - so I actually missed out on what I have booked.

We were on our way to meet our daughter in the KNP and it was close to the gate , had dinner at Hamilton and it was a great experience. After Covid lock down going away for the 1st time it was awesome !

Milk for the coffee and water in the fridge -we had no code for the Wifi . The lady at reception told us its behind the door but could not find it . We are not always sure if we can drink the water out of the tap , maybe a notice in the room will help
