Calm, green street, and a decent room to spend one (or a few) night(s) in during your stay in the city. Free parking is a huge plus inside the property is a huge plus.

The bathroom's design is a bit strange, as there is a big step in the middle of the bathroom - the toilet and the shower cabin are elevated a bit compared to the sink and bathroom entrance. I can't say I didn't trip a few times, it's a very unexpected thing, but you do get used to it after a few times:)
