Penzion Farmer Kapušany

Place had issues with booking.com was overbooked, had to find another place where to stay. Staff didn't offer any help on solving situation. Booked myself in another town, 10+km away. No compensation, nothing.

Good place fore one night stay during travel.

very nice place to stay for work or trip arund beutifil nature in Slanské Vrchy Mts. You must visit mining likality "Opálové Bane" and Zlatá Baňa,. nice city Prešov is nearby :)

If there would be no fog on the day of my stay I'd have an amazing view on the ruins of the castle at the top of the mountain :) The train passing by every one in a while just outside the window was not disturbing me at all ;) Very positive experience.

The staff was very kind and willing to help. We had a request regarding our arrival and it was solved. More on that we started our trip more families with two cars and unfortunately one of the cars had some problems and didn't arrived to the Pension, so not all rooms were occupied, but the staff was very kind and helped us at checkout.

Booking reservation system confirmed the reservation more than month before the date. When I came to the hotel, receptionist told me they have no reservation with my name and they have a full hotel because of the wedding. I had to find another accomodation at 9 in the evening in the city i didn't know at all. Horrible!
