La Borgata

Wspaniała gościnność Właścicieli! Miła karteczka z powitaniem w naszym języku. Schłodzona butelka wina i przekąski powitalne. Gustownie urządzone mieszkanie, dwa oddzielne pokoje, kwiaty, bibeloty, dekoracje, jak w normalnym mieszkaniu. Wspaniała pościel. Bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Byliśmy oczarowani.

Troszkę daleko od centrum , ale przystanek autobusowy tuż za rogiem :)

Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut – man braucht etwa 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum von La Spezia. Man kann wirklich das Leben in einem Hochhaus in Italien erleben. Ich kann das Apartment nur empfehlen

Eine Küche oder Mikrowelle fehlt zwar, aber wenn man nur ein paar Tage dort verbringt, reicht es auch ohne.

Posizione perfetta per gli spostamenti e il parcheggio auto. L’immobile è curato e pulito e in ottime condizioni.

The host was very responsive and kind to assist in terms of check in and check out. The place was very clean and the air con was on keeping the apartment cool which was lovely to have on the hot weekend that we stayed over. We will return in the future :)

Very clean and comfortable. Easy access and great location. Having a chanti waiting for us and some goodies for breakfast was a nice touch.

I was very pleased to spend time in such a beautiful place. Cleanliness, coziness is what is very important to me and it was everywhere. Very nice

Beautiful and cozy place, and also very lovely host who left a bottle of sparkling wine for us. There are great restaurants in walking distance and we especially loved La Borgata because it is pet friendly since we travel with our 4 legged friend, we were also very happy to find out that there is a large dog park nearby !

Confortable for 4 people and good AC. Clean and the area is nice. It's old, but everything works ok.

Parking free was difficult to find. The kitchen was locked. The location is 30 minutes walking from the city center.
