Era un buon posto, molto pulito e bello, sono molto contenta da trovare questo posto.

Igiene e accoglienza

Din păcate, am fost foarte dezamăgiți de curățenia și starea generală a acestei cazări. Camerele aveau un miros puternic de mucegai, iar multe dintre piese de mobilier și aparate erau vechi și prost întreținute. La sosire, am observat păr pe lenjeria de pat, mucegai în frigider, cești de cafea murdare , un fierbător vechi și murdar, prosoape cu pete și mult praf pe pervazurile interioare ale ferestrelor. Pe durata sejurului nostru de 4 nopți, nu s-a oferit niciun serviciu de curățenie — gunoiul nu a fost scos și nu am fost întrebați dacă avem nevoie de hârtie igienică suplimentară sau prosoape curate. Este clar că proprietatea are o locație excelentă, însă standardele de igienă și întreținere sunt mult sub așteptări.

Easy check in, big bathroom, nice and clean room.

The room overlooks a very busy street, so it's extremely loud even at night. You can't enjoy the terrace or open the windows because of the noise

The location was perfect for the port and only 25/30min walk from train station which isn't long when you are mooching around the town. We visited to do the Cinque terre travels and was a great location for accessing the area. The balcony was a lovely area to enjoy in shade..we didn't use it much as we're out all day..

The only issue we had was we arrived quite late in the night and it was very dark. Not much lighting on stairs. No milk for tea/coffee so buy some from shop

Clean room, easy to access and the staff was very quick to answer any questions. Apt had excellent water pressure in the shower and it was hot and needed after a day of hiking

Front lobby has an odour which cannot be controlled by timeline. There was also a mosquito issue in our room. Not sure where they were coming from, as we didn't go out into the terrace but we could manage to kill the small handful in our room

We liked the location close to the port and the apartment facilities including the outdoor terrace.

All was good.
