Bamboo Mount Batur and Hot Spring

The room was just okay. I booked it as I like the hot spring facility, only to find out onsite that I CAN'T use it flexibly and comfortably.

There are MANY lizard droppings around. There's NO soundproofing as claimed. I expected a decent experience for our anniversary staycation, but there was a group who booked the entire place, except for us. It felt strange, but the staff should have mentioned this if there were any strangers around the group so we could possibly reschedule! This resulted in: - NOT BEING ABLE TO ENJOY THE HOT SPRING. WE DIDN'T TAKE THE ADVANTAGE TO GET THERE AT ALL as the group occupied the facility until midnight. - The group was very loud, consisting of a few mothers, fathers, and children. Can you imagine how stressful it is to be surrounded by them all day long, when you just need a calm place to chill out? They are loud until around 2AM!! 😄

The room facilities is actually basic, but best part of the property for me is the outside of the room, how beautiful the architecture looks, the rooms, the garden and the pool which’s has hot water with jacuzzi especially. It was really good stay for me and family. Thank you for having us 🙏

The bathroom of the triangle room could be more beautiful and it has to based on the price. I mean like the cone room might be super small but it’s match for the terrace, room inside and bathroom. The guy at reception seem like tired all the time, without a smile on his face or even small talk like many receptionist I used to meet. It’s nothing wrong with that, just different than the other that i used to meet but anyway i believe he is a nice guy, maybe it’s just his personality.

The hot spring so really nice, that's so comfortable combine with a cold temperature, this place have a a big garden, and they are offering many activities there like a jeep tour, trekking, boat tour, and it's not far from mount batur,but for me i've been chosen a jeep tour, sunrise jeep tour was amazing in the morning mount batur, and for the last they have a super friendly staff, they have been explained everything about that area and helped us to make a best price for a jeep tour and transport 🤣, with a unique concept and a cozy vibe everything so perfect, thank you so much for bamboo mount batur so really have a nice memories to stayed here...😍

The pool was a hot spring pool with a fire pit just next to it with a calm atmosphere.
