The Lakeview room was a good choice, a few steps to the pleasant hot pool which often was my own private facility. Nice terrace and chairs when the flies weren't active. Which is dawn or after dusk. Food was available about 7 to 9 in the evening. There wasn't breakfast that week. Wayan was around midday to 9pm and is delightfully nice. You might have to go up to the main building if you need anything. The room was clean and everything worked. You have to like the quiet life if staying here. Grab offered prices but likely no-one would accept. If you want a taxi to leave ask Wayan first. I had a nice guy and very safe driving. He suggested we stop at a coffee plantation which was good as I hadn't been to one.

It's a bit of walk to shops and restaurants, recommend Arinas, some weren't open in the morning. I was alone down there most nights. I don't think anything would ever happen but still, it would be good to make the inner lock on the room much better.

Freundliche Gastgeberin, kleine, familiengeführte Bungalows um einen Ausflug zum Mount Batur zu unternehmen. Der heiße Pool war nach der Wanderung ein Highlight!

Amazing value and super clean - we arrived around 6pm to sleep before doing the Mount Batur hike. It’s a brilliant location for this, and has a number of great restaurants and warungs around. A wonderful thermal pool with a view over the lake and lovely cats.

Double bed caved a little in the middle and we both sunk into the middle but slept ok.
