Cacao Rooms

The room is very spacious, and the staff is very welcoming. The shower is also large and comfortable. The rooms are located next to Cacao Coffee Shop, a wonderful place to visit that offers some excellent vegan options. The location is right in the heart of the city center! Not far away, there's a great vegan restaurant called Gaudi & Naan. If I have a chance I will visit again at Cacao, I wish to express my thanks to the staff at Cacao

Our room was on the ground floor at street level and was not soundproof. Anyone who is very sensitive to noise may find it difficult to sleep well at night, It wasn’t a problem for me personally, but it’s worth knowing. Additionally, the hotel is located in the city center and is closed to vehicle access. We arrived by car intending to drop off our luggage and return the vehicle to the rental company, but ended up circling around several times before realizing that it’s not possible to drive up to the hotel entrance—this is important to note. Aside from that, the property is about a 20–25 minute walk from the main train station and the car rental company. at the end of our stay we just walk to the train station with our luggage - no problem!

Size of the room and the bathroom amenities were great. Location is the best! Rooms are quite soundproof and secure.

Kitchenette could use microwave. Ceilings are cave-like and could use soom attention for cobwebs. Can be difficult to locate the one staff member in charge of rooms. Bathroom towels did not smell fresh.

The property is very centrally situated, right on the river. The bedroom and bathroom are quite large and well appointed. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The location of the property was excellent and it was very clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and sort of underground so the view out the window was of the footpath.

La literie un peu raide , à l'appréciation de chacun. Et un manque de lumière mais liée à l'emplacement de la chambre.

The person who checked us in was great ! Very helpful, friendly. The location could not be better.
