Great location, brilliant staff, excellent flexibility 🙏

Location, bed, bathroom

We loved the location! Right in the heart of the old town and literally on the river! Many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby and good transport links approx 15 min away from the rooms. We loved the shower and the room was very spacious. Central heating was very nice and warm and the bed linen was good quality. The room was on the river promenade and had cafe seating which we could use.

The day we arrived, we arrived early at the rooms and the gentleman at the cafe promised to phone us when our rooms were ready. We were the only guests staying. He did not call us, so went back to the rooms at 3pm to find them ready and our cases already in the room. We were disappointed he did not call us. We found the bed mattress to be very hard and on a slope, meaning I did not sleep very well. We experienced quite a lot of noise from the floor above and there was quite a bit of noise from the promenade outside our bedroom window. I asked at the cafe twice for our tea and coffee in the kitchen area to be replenished, but it never was. This was disappointing given the price we paid for the stay. Overall, we found the room extremely clean, in a great location but not very well managed. I would not chose to stay here again 😞.

The location couldn’t be any better! And the staff was really helpful. Next door is the Cacao Cafe where we had our breakfast, also was an amazing experience. We parked in paid parking building located 6 walking mins away from the hotel (the hotel is located in a pedestrian only zone).

We stayed with our 2 kids there. We did not get charged extra for the kids so I can’t complain about the room being too small for 4 people 😅

Posizione davvero centralissima, personale molto gentile

Il costo mi è sembrato un pochino eccessivo ma non esclusivamente per questa struttura, tutti gli alloggi a Lubiana hanno alzato molto i prezzi negli ultimi anni.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione centralissima. Personale molto cordiale. Struttura semplice ma confortevole.
