Clean, comfortable bed, good price, good location, modern.

Only downside was no free water provided in the room which is rare in the Maldives.

First of all I must mention the three ladies from the Philippines, who in turns took care of the reception: Juju, Nadine and Ira, alle very friendly and professional. Check-in was easy and I was given a room on the 5th floor. The room was okay and had all I needed. A/C and WiFi worked well, the bathroom was fine too. Enjoyable was the Maldivian dinner I had here: Noodles with Valhomas, that typical cured tuna from the islands, not found everywhere. I also had a fresh watermelon juice and a Falooda dessert drink.

Cars cannot drive all the way to the hotel, so I had to pull the suitcase through a narrow lane foll of motorbikes from the main street. On the way out I was helped by a porter. It was the only hotel on my trip, where water bottles were not offered for free in the room. Contrary to the menu card a Maldivian breakfast was not available, but at least I had the opportunity to try a good Maldivian dinner at the hotel's Café De Grand, where a friendly Bangladeshi man was in charge.

Absolutely overpriced! Very small room with very small shower. Super noisy location. We stayed only one night but it was not pleasant at all.
