La posizione era buona, in pochi minuti a piedi arrivi ovunque. Lo staff molto cordiale, disponibile e presente. Il ragazzo che gestisce il Riad è sempre stato gentilissimo e attento, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste ed esigenze.

La stanza che ci hanno dato puzzava un po’ di chiuso non avendo finestre e l’aria condizionata non funzionava ma appena l’abbiamo fatto presente al ragazzo che era lì pronto ad aiutarci, ci ha fatto cambiare stanza immediatamente ed è andata decisamente meglio.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Khalid and Reda were amazing and so friendly! Highly recommend :)

L'emplacement est bon, le petit déjeuner à la terrasse excellent, l'accueil est chaleureux.

Le bruit au dernier étage, mais en étant en plein médina c'était inévitable. Pour mon 2ème séjour, j'étais au 1er étage et là, la chambre était très très calme.

The best thing about this place, is the staff. They're kind and they try to accommodate all the requests. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is very nice and genuine, and prepared from scratch every morning: slice of cake, 2 types of Moroccan bread, 3 spreads, tea, coffee.

I booked a room with private bathroom. The bathroom was kinda old with wires in sight, holes in the wall, the vent wasn't working. The main problem was the the AC wasn't working, i then asked for a fan but the proposed me to go in another room which didn't have a private bathroom. So i insisted in having a fan and they told me i would've find it in the evening. When i came back tho, fan wasn't there and the staff member was a different one and didn't even know about the problem. In fact, he proposed me the same things from the morning: room with no bathroom etc. Etc. It was a bit frustrating, and the experience overall was a bit of a let down. I'm not sure at this point if I've been unlucky, or if the standard accomodations in the medina were actually worse. I would probably try somewhere else
