Nothing had no way to get in had no codes to get in tried several times to contact owners eventually gor through but difficult problems getting in were not pleased with bathroom as toilet did no flush toilet brush was disgusting shower very slippy bed had stains on mattress.

All off above coming out the bathroom your to near the main stairs and step into the room was very dangerous as we also had mobility issues we were so stressed out by this we just stay and make the best of it I think the owner should take more to do with his property cleaniess.

It's a contactless check in experience. The rooms tidy and very comfy too.

No breakfast

Access arrangements ! We arrived about 5pm after a long drive and ferry journey. We were very tired and then found we could not access the accommodation. We left to go and get something to eat , on returning there were two other men who could not access the building as well. ( one had already been in the accommodation, the other one was the same as us and could not access the house.) My daughter in London took over trying to sort out the problem. we were told you would get back to us in 45 minutes, but it took about an hour and a half before we got to hear from the owner to say he had sent entry instructions to us by phone that morning, on What's app. As I don't use What's app , and all booking information had been on email and the owner had my phone number , I wonder why the owner decided to give out information on Whats app . My daughter spent an hour and a half trying to sort a problem that need never have arisen. I would also like to complain about the lack of bedside lamps as both my wife wanted to lie down and read, but were unable to. ( there was only one bedside light and that was not working) I should have been told at the time of booking what the entry arrangements were.

Ideal location for the centre of Stranraer. Very clean, roomy and comfortable bed. Plenty of tea and coffee available. Lovely warm shower

It was not a problem for us but their are no breakfast facilities

I've stayed here a few times now and I get the best nights sleep in the beds they are so comfortable recently stayed in the garden room I shall be booking that from now on its just lovely

Close to shops and harbour

No door to close to bathroom, not very private. Shower screen was loose and no taps on the bath which meant filling it up with the shower
