The house is clean and the host is friendly

Beautiful relaxing spot with stunning water views just a 5 minute drive from town. Yummy cereals, bananas & bagels provided for breakfast. Good quality kitchen utensils & pots etc provided as well as a coffee plunger & plunger coffee. We enjoyed playing pool & would've loved to use the barbecue if we were there longer. Highly recommend

The location was lovely and the room itself very nice and with a good shower.

Couch needs replacing as we could feel all the springs, making it very uncomfortable for sitting on. There were dining chairs in every room but no dining table making it difficult for us as seniors to eat comfortably or use laptops comfortably. A small dining table would've been great, a new couch and new mattresses. Mattresses on single beds were some sort of foam, not sprung, and extremely hot and too soft to sleep on. I ended up having to use all bedding on both beds to firm up one bed before I could sleep on top of it all. Okay for children but not for adults. the queen bed was the other extreme, my brother found it like concrete. Such a shame, these things were not optimum.

This is a lovely place to stay. Sunrise sea views, a good breakfast and lots of nice touches - eg pool table, a spade to borrow for hot water beach and laundry detergent.

It’s a drive down the hill to the beach and town, but all very easy and that’s the price you pay for the view and peace and quiet.

Wonderfully clean. Beautiful view. Enjoyed the use of the pool table too.

We booked for 3 adults but unfortunately the sofa in the lounge is only a 2 seater. There was one wooden, kitchen type chair also available but it was a bit uncomfortable after a while.

The breakfast on offer was okay. The whole place was spacious and well appointed with a magnificent view. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, and the shower had good pressure. It was nice and quiet so a good nights sleep was had. Everything was really clean. There was a microwave and a plug in hotplate for cooking.

Sadly, there was no table and chairs inside so we had to eat either standing up at the kitchen bench or on our laps on the low couch. I left a note for the host saying that it is something they may wish to consider because there is space for a small table. They do seem to be people who really take pride in their accommodation and truly care for their guests, so they probably will provide one.
