Guest House Suzumeno Kakurembo

Ein tolles Guest House mit sehr freundlichem Personal und netten Zimmern. Wir waren erst etwas skeptisch mit dem Gemeinschaftsbad, doch alles war super sauber und es hat alles super geklappt. Von daher kann ich es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Location in Koyasan was perfect. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Thorough communications.

It was tough having shared bathroom down a flight of stairs.

Pieni yllätys oli, että juuri sinä iltana ei ollutkaan mahdollista saada päivällistä. Henkilökunta kuitenkin opasti korvaavaan lähiravintolaan.

We were greeted SO warmly at the restaurant, where you do your check-in. We got a full explanation of the town and what to do and see. We were informed there wouldn't be an option to have breakfast at the restaurant the next morning, but they gave us buns to microwave, a drink of choice each and some fresh matcha cake with fresh fruit and whipped cream. So sweet! They told us also no dinner that evening but if we wanted we could order food now because they were still open for about half an hour. We placed orders and they took us to see our room which was gorgeous, and gave us a grand tour of it. After that we went back to the restaurant and our food got served not long after. Both our dishes were delicious. If you have an opportunity to eat here, please do! The room was clean, our stay was very pleasant. Nice beds, enough blankets for colder nights. Nice bathroom. Next day we left our luggage downstairs at the Guesthouse and spent most of the day still in town, before grabbing our stuff and leaving. We were sad to leave after just 1 night. We were even more sad we didn't get to say goodbye to the lovely hosts (checkout is a key drop-box in the guest house, and the restaurant was closed)

Très bien situé à l’entrée de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste à côté. La chambre était très sympa, et l’hôte très gentille. Le restaurant à côté pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner est un gros plus !

Wir hatten das Gamilienzimmer, es war groß und gemütlich. Essen bei der dazugehörigen Lokation war Mega lecker

Staff were helpful and polite.

Bathroom was downstairs.

Very nice introduction and explanations from the guest house owner. Everything OK. You can even eat dinner in the cozy restaurant part of the building. Would visit again!
