Shabby, shockingly maintained, unbelievably overpriced, no assistance on check-in or check-out, tv and aircon needed attention, curtains torn and worn out, no mirror or dressing table, no-one to help with breakfast, single beds requested, but double bed in the room. Nothing right and certainly not even 1 star quality.
