Good location

Very loud, curtains are so thin you feel as if you are sleeping on the main strip/high street. We even had two different people opening up our door, thinking it was the restaurant. Our ‘balcony’ was the steps to the above restaurant. We both had to sleep with earplugs.. yet a terrible sleep!

Nice clean room in a really good location for the beach and restaurants in Unawatuna and the host was very friendly too - would recommend!

Room had a fantastic location; only a short walk to the main beach and plenty of great restaurants and bars closeby. Despite central location the room was still very quiet and comfortable. Easy communication with the host for check-in/check-out and he also helped provide a transfer to my next destination. Room was very clean and had all the expected amenities.

This studio apartman is very comfortable, it has a huge terrace, nice kitchen, big bathroom. It is situated exactly in the center of Unawatuna beach. The ocean side it's only 1-2 minutes walking distance, you can find shops, restaurants, bars and everthing you need very close. Over the apartman, on the 2nd floor it is a beautiful new restaurant with so delicious food. If you like to be close to everything, this place is perfect for you. Mornings from your the terrace you can enjoy the sounds of the nature, like monkeys, peacocks, birds.

Comfortable accommodation in the center of Unawatuna, on the second floor of the building, access by stairs to the main street with shops and cafes, from which you can go to the beach. The room had a separate small equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, toaster, dishes), an electric water heater in the bathroom, the room also had a new air conditioner and two ceiling fans, a large bed with clean linens. The hosts were very attentive, at our request they put a table in the room, and towels were changed upon request.
