Central location and parking, very friendly host.

The room is in the attic, fan on 24/7, as hot weather. The lighting is harsh.

"This was my second visit to Clematis House and I will definitely return."

Karen and Ken are wonderful hosts, always friendly and welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is comfortable and the location perfect for anyone travelling by train.

I opted for one of the cheaper rooms, which turned out to be on the road side of the building. It wasn't noisy but I couldn't leave my window open at night during the recent very hot weather.

Great property, really friendly owners, beautifully presented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the separate space with the extra bed was great for our teenager.
