"Passable"

Comfortable bed, nice simple breakfast, good value for money with digs. Ok for a few nights, host is friendly and layed back.

The place smells of dog everywhere I felt even the bedding did.. , and the dog is always about even at breakfast and barking a bit. I am not a dog lover really. Felt the sheared bathrooms was dirty and needed a bit of updating. I was cold no heating on and cold at breakfast had my hood up cold. Very noisy first night til up to 12pm I had to shout keep the noise down. As I was in bed at 9pm as I had a big day up at 4am. I thought there should be some strict rules with noise after 11pm for guests pissed me off a bit. Parking in the streets near house is a nightmare to find a space. No parking at house. I am not a fan of B and B anyway try for hotels and parking… but would probably stay again for a few nights max not all week.

"The worst stay I’ve ever had — I would never come back."

Nothing at all. The place was disappointing from start to finish.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not clean. The location was noisy and not as described. Overall, it was a terrible experience and not worth the money at all.

It was very clean. Lovely snug cabin in the garden. Nice and warm and a good nights sleep had

Breakfast wasn’t great it was all eggs on the cooked side and I don’t eat eggs. Some bacon would of been nice

"Excellent"

Very welcoming, great host. It was quiet and bed was comfy, so I slept well, and breakfast in the morning was pleasant. Excellent, central location too.

I paid for a budget room, so it wasn't luxurious, but it was good value for the price.

It was a very clever qurky guest house, which added to the charm, very friendly and helpful host with goid Breakfast,in a good location not far from the the centre of town, for my Venue ,will definitely stay again,

All was Ok. at the property. Friendly staff.

Its shared bathroom/wc.. The location is poor and parking is only in the road nearby.
