This place is perfect if you go to sleep and you do a lot of activities during the day. The room I was in had a good view right in front of the temple, The sunrises looked beautiful. The place is safe, they give you keys for you to enter anytime you want. For the price is good, there's no shampoo or body Wash in the bathroom so take yours and your own towel. There are not lockers! They give you a bottle of water at the check in. In my room there was no A/C but there was a lot of fans and since we had the balcony the air blowing was mix with the air outside, so not only hot air.

Staff were lovely. Cheap.

So so warm. Room is dark and dull.

The location is great, the bathrooms are cleaned everyday and stocked, every room is provided with a fan and last but certainly not least… the best thing about this property… Mama. I unfortunately was really ill during some of my stay here… I’ll save the gruesome details but it involved a lot of fluids coming from a lot of places… and Mama constantly checked in on how we were doing and if I was okay, she really does look after you like a mother! My boyfriend had to do some of our washing while we were there and she gave him some extra washing packet to take with us. Before I was sick we spent a few days of Songkran with the Jay Guesthouse family…. Jesus they know how to party ahaha! It was so so much fun (the beer is super cheap there too and freezing cold!)

We really did enjoy our stay, especially the price we paid! But just a couple of things- The beds are really not comfortable… it definitely didn’t help that I was experiencing the worst fever dreams of my life, but it was difficult to sleep on. It is also super noisy from the street outside. As I said above we spent Songkran here so traffic was bound to be busier! But even shaking bin bags it sounded like they were outside your door
