The customer cannot use the common area for long periods of time to work. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation within 48 hours after the reservation is made. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Please be informed that front desk is available between 08:00-18:00 hrs. Guests who expect to arrive after 18:00 hrs are kindly requested by the property to provide arrival time at the time of booking under "Special Requests". Please note that guests are not allowed to wash their clothes in the shared bathrooms. Cooking, boiling water and hanging clothes in the guestrooms is not allowed. The guest who's have up to 60 years old will not allowed to stay at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
