Sehr gute Lage! Freundliches Personal. Sehr saubere und neue Zimmer. Das Gebäude ist neu renoviert worden. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist wunderbar! Schönes Badezimmer.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t use the spa bath due to the plug not working properly. I booked that room especially for the bath The bed was like sleeping on a concrete block! 2 nights of no sleep due to discomfort No tv channels to watch

La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario. Buena ubicación. Tiene una piscina bonita en la azotea.

We had a great stay here and would happily recommend it. It is only a 10 minute drive from the airport or bus station. Check-in was smooth and easy, with a 1,000 baht deposit required that was refunded at check-out with no issues. On check in we were given a map of Chiang Mai and given tips about where to visit/the markets etc which was really handy. Our room was made up daily and we received fresh bottles of water every day, along with handy mini toiletries like a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even a comb. The swimming pool was fantastic — both times we used it, we had it all to ourselves. The location is very central, about a 30-minute walk to the Night Bazaar and right next to the Sunday Night Market, which was perfect for exploring. The staff were extremely helpful when it came to arranging trips and tours. We also used their laundry service, which was excellent — our clothes were collected at 8:30 AM and returned to our room by 3 PM the same day. She even let us check out early and returned our deposit so we could head straight to the airport in the morning instead of waiting around, which was such a thoughtful touch. And if you’re in Chiang Mai, don’t miss out on trying khao soi — it’s an absolute must! We also enjoyed two massages at Le Panna Massage just along the road (5min walk). Overall, this hotel was clean, comfortable, well-located, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Locatie is top, personeel erg vriendelijk.

Kamer is erg klein, helemaal met 2 backpack. Zwembad lijkt op foto groot, is erg klein. Kamer is niet netjes afgewerkt, heeft gebreken. Hotel is boven wietshop, ruik je in je kamer. Willen dat je bij hun excursies afneemt. Als je alleen komt om te slapen is het oke te doen.
