Lovely spacious rooms just like the photos, great location with the old town in walking distance and a lovely host, thank you!

I enjoyed my stay very much. I felt very welcomed and it had such a warm friendly atmosphere, owner went above and beyond even drove me to the train station at the end of my stay. Thankyou ☺️i will definitely stay again if I'm in chaing mai. Lots of local food places and cafes a few minutes walk away.

Mr. A is truly the best host! He was so helpful during our entire stay. The property is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Definitely more than worth the price we paid.

The free coffee/tea and fruit in the lobby was great. The "President" is absolutely lovely and really goes out of his way to make sure that you have a great stay!

Wonderful stay!! The owner is so sweet and made us feel cared for and safe, he also speaks English well. There is everything you could need and more in the room - toiletries, kettle, fan, aircon, hot water, nice lighting - you can really tell there was a lot of love and thought put into this place. The location is great - a more local spot but still walkable to everything including a great vegan restaurant, coffee and donut shop, local market and good massage/nail places. It is walkable to old town but much nicer than staying there. It is also a very fair price! Look forward to staying again

My favorite place to stayin Chiang Mai!

The stay at Saeng Panya was truly great! The room was really big and characteristic. The location was quite but still near to the Centre. You have everything you need in a maximum 5 min walking distance. It was possible to get in the room at 9am and before we left in the evening we could take a shower. The host was just the kindest person. He gave us great tips for sightseeing and it was always great to talk to him. He even drove us to the train station and gave us a bag of fruits. One of the best stays I‘ve ever had!! I would totally recommend and would come back anytime! THANK YOU

Our stay was one of the best stays we have experienced during our year of travel throughout SE Asia. Mr.A is very accommodating and made us feel at home. We even extended our stay 5 more nights because we loved it so much and Mr. A was able to book us easily. The rooms are spacious, very clean, complimentary water is provided and all amenities such as shampoo, soap, and extra pillows were available. Mr. A also helped us with forms and information for extending our visa and we would highly recommend this location. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea and more is always available and there is a kitchen for cooking as well on the first floor. The location is an easy 20-30 min walk or 5 min Grab to old town and in a very quiet location. We are also close to many restaurants and the Chiang Mai Municipal Stadium park.
