Room was spacious and clean. Location was good - 20 minutes walking from center. It was more peaceful, less tourist. We didn't mind walking but you need to get used to stroll without a pathway in Thailand traffic. We discovered night food market nearby.

Bathroom. Very thin walls and doors to another room. You could hear your neighbours. Photoshoped pictures of room.

Dr A and family were beyond amazing. The neighbourhood is full of delicious food with great access. They all went abov e and beyond to help us. When we had our driver not confirm Dr A took us in his own vehicle into the hills. Although we didn't stay her for our entire time in Chiang Mai it was the perfect landing spot. Especially if you are traveling with friends I think this would be a perfect spot.

For us some of the amenities were not totaly up to standard, but honestly that was made up for with the hospitality. I just think you should know that if you are wanting higher end that is not this. This is a comfortable family space with truly world class hosts. There may be some creature comforts lacking, but I would say that's ok.

+ Quiet location + Large fridge + Daily eggs and bananas freely available + Huge room + SmartTV + Comfortable bed + Several large towels + Toilet hose + Lift + In the heart of Santitham + Very friendly and helpful owner

- Poor acoustic insulation between rooms due to inter-room doors. Some simple draft stop under the doors and foam tapes around could greatly improve privacy. - Rain shower. A regular shower head with a hose would be cheaper and so much more comfortable and versatile! - A simple night stand lamp would be a great addition.

La localisation, proche de toutes commodités a pied, Notre chambre était très spacieuse Le service ménage chaque jours dans la chambre était très appréciable et la gentillesse du personnel

La chambre manquait de luminosité en règle générale et le soir les luminaires sont faibles dans la chambre, ce n’est pas évident pour lire ou travailler sur ordinateur. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement Mais le gros point noir a été le bruit provenant de la chambre juste à côté, aucune insonorisation car chambre mitoyenne, nous avions l’impression que nous étions dans la même pièce.
