"Was an extremely terrible experience. Left early as could not stay in this place any longer."

The only good thing about the place was the view. Could see the ocean clearly. Great view! A refund should be offered!!!!!

The property did not match the pictures and description. Very run down. The room was dirty. Damp in the walls and bathroom. Bedbugs or fleas in the bedding. Management did NOT control noise made by other guests, loud music and chaos till after 3AM. A complete refund should be given by the establishment for taking money for such poor quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Dirty property"

Nothing at all

Dirty toilet, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen, beds in one place. Toilet door not closing. How possible can you eat in such a mess? I can't lie I'll never convince anyone to book on it. Honestly speaking that was a disgrace to sleep in that mess, but we had no alternative accommodation. But I'll never book in Coffee Bay again.....

Only the view

On electricity on warm water the shower don't work, maintained very poorly. I don't know how you still can't promote a guest house like that 😕 those pictures on your website must be 20 years ago

Accomodation was not clean Stuff was not nice and available to help No electricity The road to get to the Accomodation in a very bad situation There was no hot water No iron to straighten our cloths
