Access to the beach.

Offered parking, but anything bigger than a fiat would not fit in one of the 4 spots. Had to park on the street. I checked the linen as I wondered if it was clean, just a very run down tired guest house. Would say, go elsewhere!

"Friendly see front guesthouse 😎"

Fabulous location; spacious room with panoramic views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Super location with safe private parking.

Needs hand rail in bathroom for safety of older folk. A bit old fashioned but that’s your British guest house experience! 😎

The breakfast was very good, the room was good, but the onsuite was cramped, the direct view was of a wall, approx 2 feet away, we could see the beach and sea if we went into the bay window and looked through the small window to the right down the side of the house.

Cramped bathroom and no opening window to get some fresh air in, and parking is small area and you have to book that separately. If there is no parking at the house you have to park about 100yrds up the main road.

Perfect location, on the beach front. Parking free along the front after 4pm until 10am. We enjoyed our English breakfast, we chose the vegetarian option. Breakfast was very organised and we waited less than 10 minutes. Room was very clean.

We were in the twin room number 6, unfortunately the beds are so narrow (more like childrens caravan beds) we did not sleep the best for fear of rolling out, and we are not large people. Not great for anyone tall or of a larger build. Room a little pokey and dated but very clean. There is a no eating rule in the rooms which might be an issue for some.

Our room was spotless, warm and welcoming. A small sofa with coffee and tea on a small table over looking the sea. The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast was perfect and more than adequate to set you up for the day. A lovely place to stay and we will be returning very soon.

There was no car park so you had to park on the sea front, so it was quite a walk with your bags to get to the hotel.
