The fact that reception is available 24/7.

Stained towels, a night stand with a cute lamp in a corner where it couldn't be connected to power 😅, dirty sink in the bathroom ( small hair and toothpaste drops), the door from the bathroom had marks of water and soap, no soap, shampoo or anything at disposal. No internet connection and when i asked at the reception they only said " it should work, i dont know".
