Great place, affordable prices, clean and comfortable.

Location, as it was one of the factors that I considered when choosing it. Big room and bathroom, terrace, quiet, fridge, good AC. Helpful staff/owner.

The flight of stairs has some hiccups (sorry, I am an architect and see this immediately). And the floors all covered in rugs, wall to wall. There is no need for that at the seaside. The bed model, as it was just on the floor, no raising feet, so always bumping one's toes when approaching, and the legs in the sharp around corners. The mattress was good.
