The location for what we were looking for was good to be near the sea. It was a bid far to travel to see the flowers but this was our mistake we did not know the area and were the flowers were. We did travel a lot but we also appreciate the time we spent to see the surrounding area. The staff was very good and very help full and we will stay there again id we are in the area.

We stayed in " Whale " . More little carpets on the floor because the cement is very cold during the time we were there. The little window in the shower must be pacific glass or painted , from outside you look into the bathroom

The apartment had everything needed for self catering. Stove, fridge, etc. Although the restaurant normally closes on a Sunday, they accommodated us and opened for the four of us. We had a lovely seafood meal. Our room had a beautiful view over the sea. My friends had a room on the other side and they were happy, but felt the outside area needed attention. On the whole I am happy to recommend them.

We had a problem with the shower. Very weak pressure and no shower mat to put in the bath. That was all.

Comfortable beds, clean, good shower, lovely outlook over the sea, next to The Cabin which served excellent food. Quiet and convenient.

No alternate power supply during loadshedding, but lanterns were supplied on request. Quite basic accommodation, but pleasant enough.

The host Thea was very sweet and rearranged the booking for me since my field work plans delayed my arrival at Doringbaai by one day. Thanks again for being so flexible. They also kept the pub open for us to get some food on a Sunday afternoon. The room and bathroom are nice and a warm blanket as well as a heater kept the room warm. Would definitely book again.
