Everything was just perfect. Great location. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfortable and the room was huge. Easy to find. The supermarket was just 80m away, the train station is about 5 mins walk even with large suitcases. Walking distance to the town. Most important, the hospitality of Mike, he made sure we had a great stay.

It was well situated for our purposes. We were on our journey to the Channel ferry. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a very friendly reception. There are supermarkets nearby. From the picture I expected the surroundings to be greener. However, we were very grateful for the off road parking space. Thank you! If I don't give full marks for equipment, it's because in other places were we've been staying, a similar price per night included a kitchen and much bigger bathroom. However, we did not expect these things from the description.

Lovely property, very nice host, good location for dog walk to the beach and downtown cafés. A family room with a bunk bed, dog friendly and very comfy bed.

Host, Mike, was very friendly and helpful in telling us how to get around the attractions in Folkstone.
