Clean the owner was lovely after a stressful situation we was in and needed a place to stay ASAP

The beds was uncomfortable but thats me being picky as used to memory foam mattress but did the job for 1 night stay

Could have been an extra foot of space in the bathroom. And slightly bigger towels 😉. Nothing we didn’t like.

Due to the temporary cancellation of our hotel in Dover by the website, we had to choose this accommodation. We can't stay in Dover that night. The landlord was very enthusiastic and patient, solving all our problems for us. The room is very large, with four beds that can accommodate five people.

I have been temporarily cancelled by a booking website for the second time, it's really outrageous. But it's not the landlord's problem, I'm just expressing my dissatisfaction here. And the communication in the later stage was extremely difficult, which took up a lot of my energy. The customer service is very poor. Thank you to the landlord for their enthusiasm and the warmth of home. This hotel is fine and great.

"A very nice place to stay the night en route from France."

The location was perfect for our journey back from France and to visit family. The room was spacious, light and bright and immaculately clean. The host was extremely friendly. Parking was on site and free.

Don’t be put off by the poor condition of the adjoining property, initially I thought it was part of the establishment!

Owner was amazing, and so helpful! Was amazing for money ! Very clean and well presented , are room was perfect for family , i wasn't expecting this for money. Will definitely book again! Stopped overnight on my way to chanel crossing.
