*Check in was easy and seamless *Each room has a remote for the gate,which made going in/out very easy *Enough parking *Friendly staff *Very close to restaurants,stores,and hospital * nice barbecue area * loadshedding was not an issue * felt like a safe area,with good security measures in place

*Breakfast is very basic,no pastries,cold meats etc, only one juice option,and it is not real juice *beds are VERY hard,could offer pillow tops for mattresses for people who like firm,but not HARD mattresses * no desk to work at or dustbin in room (only in bathroom) * amenities (soap,shampoo etc) was never replenished during my stay of 4 days (3nights)sheets were never changed in 4 days.got water only on the first 2 days. * walls are a bit thin,noises carry * ample parking,but it is not covered,so your vehicle will stand outside in sun,rain or hail,shade nets or roofs over parking would be welcome. * could use some mats /rugs next to bed * in room safe is so tiny,not really functional,don’t know what you would lock in there,might as well be removed. Although my list of negatives looks long,the over all stay was not bad,they are on the right path and just need a few tweaks to be good.

The room was clean and the staff friendly.

The room were small without a table to work at after requesting such an option as I work after hours. The breakfast was limited, for instance, no fruit salad, no cold meats etc. For the same price could I get a much better deal at Wimpy.

We had booked breakfast for 2 mornings yet on Saturday i even had to call the Manager,Christiaan, to enquire what was going on as the dining hall wasn't even open,even the office wasn't open.He arranged with someone to come & assist us however we had made alternative plans for breakfast for that morning. We eneded up going to a Restaurant. The next morning we had their breakfast, it was just okay,I've had better, however we felt rushed to pay & check out by the guy who was incharge that morning, as if we were an inconvenience to him. I was personally told that we could check out at 11am,however he insisted that we should check out at 10am🤨The disrespect was when he even showed up in our room with a card machine so that we could pay for our breakfast 😤As if we were about to run without paying.I honestly think he couldn't wait to get rid of us.I don't see myself going back there again. We were treated as if we've never been to a Guesthouse in our lives.
