Coed y Berclas guest room, wonderful view

Could not have stayed in a more perfect place. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Jane and David were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The view was amazing, couldn't stop looking at it. The photos dont do it justice. The location is perfect for visiting the island. Perfect in every way !

Everything was outstanding. From the wonderful hosts to the location, quality of accommodation and even the weather! The view is sensational and I cant wait to return.

It was perfect, nothing at all to dislike

Guest room with fantastic views An amazing comfortable room with views out of this world. The location was exceptional for my three night get away. Peaceful, tranquil and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and waking up to the view with the birds tweeting was just perfect. The bathroom was excellent, with a powerful shower. Having a small but adequate fridge in the room was very convenient. A draw was well stocked with plates, cutlery, tall tumblers and large wine glasses making it easy to enjoy breakfast. There is also a small wooden table and chairs to eat at. The small private terrace was a real highlight with chairs and a table overlooking breathtaking views across the Menai Strait and Snowdonia. Jane the host was there to great me with a friendly smile and lots of conversation. Offering great suggestions for exploring the area. I also met Otto, the resident dog he was adorable. I ate at Gazelle’s the pub/restaurant at the bottom of the very steep hill. The walk was worth it for the stunning view across the bay. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. This guest room is one of the nicest and friendliest placers I have ever stayed. You will have a wonderful experience.

The view was absolutely incredible, the room was beautiful, cosy and very comfortable. The location is perfect for enjoying the countryside and exploring the area. Jane was extremely welcoming and kind, which made the stay even more special. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

Total peace, tucked away and with a beautiful, uninterrupted view across the strait. We stayed over for one night and the fabulous weather in the evening made it perfect for sitting outside the guest room, in the sun, at the outdoor table and chairs provided, and simply admiring the stunning surroundings. The room itself was perfect for a one night stay, although you could stay longer if you were going to have all your hot meals out. Crockery for 2 is provided and there’s a very clever folding draining board in the bathroom to enable washing up (liquid and all cloths provided). This was ideal for us as we had taken a cheese board for the evening. In the morning it was raining but so the fold away table and chairs in the room were really useful to eat our breakfast at. There is a good chiller fridge which was perfect for the small amount of food and drink we took with us. The bed was very comfy and everything is of a very good quality. Jane, the host, is extremely personable and thoughtful. She even provided hot chocolate for my husband as he doesn’t drink tea or coffee. She reassured us that she was on hand if we needed her, which we didn’t as everything was great, and we had our privacy. Situated in between Menai Bridge and Beaumaris, it is perfect for a short stay on the West side of the island. Would not hesitate to return or recommend.
