Excellent experience for me:) Very CLEAN (professionally and regularly) room and entire property! Good example for many hosts. COMFORTABLE room with everithing I needed during my stay.Bed with perfect mattress and many pillows to sleep well and start your day rested. DESK and chair as mini office in my room was good bonus for me, appreciated. PLEASANT decor on hole property. Fully equipped kitchen :) SAFE and quite AREA with plenty of parking very close to Manchester city centre reachable by good public transport in 15 minutes. HONEST rate wich allow you to feel good. RESPONSABLE and POLITE host wich is always available to help and listen. I would definitely STAY AGAIN if I will need accommodation in Manchester

"Clean, Serene, but too Cold for Comfort."

It's private and close to city centre. It's a generally very clean facility.

It's just too cold. Warming is only done for a very limited amount of time. Warm water is not available in the bathroom upstairs. One needs to climb downstairs to have a bath.

"Perfect in every way"

The place is really cozy and comfy, very clean and neat, everything is new and well put, A Washing machine with a dryer, a kitchen that is fully equipped and 2 bathrooms, made my stay very easy Salena the owner is very easy to approach and she's been such a nice person to me during my stay. I would definitely stay here again on my future visits to Manchester if the room is available. Felt really lucky to have this room in this beautiful house for such a good price.
