Mountain Creek Vacation

The house was amazing and very clean. We struggled a little bit to find the house but the manager was great in providing instructions to reach the house. Very nicely kept on a good location.

Not enough tissues, and basics pantry like salt and pepper. We had to buy them. I would suggest to keep checking them and also may be complimentary milk for early morning coffee on first day.

The house is really big, and quite nicely decorated, the backyard leads to a waterfall, which is quite fun for children to explore.

Upstairs has no air conditioner, and the heaters cannot heat up the rooms. The air conditioner downstairs cannot heat up the whole living room either. There’s no curtains on two big windows, makes the room even colder.. it’s not very pleasant to be in a cold house in this winter weather. Also there’s no shampoo, conditioner. Though there are several soaps.

Basic cleaning utensils so we could cook our own dinners. Beds were comfy, and once the heaters were cranked, it was lovely and warm.

My car was scratched getting past shrubs and Rose bushes going up the driveway to the place. Our arms and hands were shredded too as we dragged it back off the path of travel. Hidden costs of the ‘pet fee’. The spider webs and lack of cleaning in the room. The tv had to update to be able to be used which used up the allocation of the internet - and the internet was capped… meaning we couldn’t watch tv as it was only a smart tv connection. The shower door didn’t close and the hot water only trickled out of the kitchen tap.

Loved the space and location.

We got lost when we arrived. I wish there was a signage indicating to drive up “This way to Mountain Creek Vacation.” But overall we had a lovely stay.
