Location and facilities.

nice and warm big enough for a family of 8 .Its convenience to township. A very peaceful and relaxing and a magnificent place.

drive way and clearance area near cottage was a bit tight for parking.

The house was very spacious and the location setting was beautiful! It is perfect for a large group of people. The interior decorations were simply wonderful too. The price was also a great value. I would recommend.

It was generally cold in the ground floor and the heater was not enough to warm the entire big space. It was even colder in the kitchen and the toilets in that level. No late check-outs or extension requests.

Great space, indoors and out - would have been lots of room for a big family group to hang out and explore. We were in Queenstown for work and didn't really use the space to its advantage. Clean bathrooms, nice thick towels and sheets, really appreciated the underfloor heating in the big eat-in kitchen.

The upstairs shower seems to have swapped the H and C markers, it took a long time to figure out why there was no hot water. We couldn't work out how to unlock the main door from the inside, so had to go out the sliding door and unlock from the outside!
