Alpine Lakeside Studio

This is the first time I've ever written a review, and that's because everything about this stay was absolutely outstanding — the value for money, the facilities, the communication, and more. I usually don’t bother reviewing average or bad experiences, but this place was so exceptional, I felt I had to recommend it. What we appreciated most was how welcoming and responsive the hosts were via messages, without intruding on our privacy by checking in in person. That level of respect for our space made the stay even more enjoyable.

A huge charge was collected from me for cleaning the room!!! Almost equal to the room charge. Not sure why this collected since we left the place as neatly as we found it. So, totally overpriced unless this cleaning amount is being refunded.

The location and the view was great.

It has the best view of Queenstown ever!

The toilet and kitchen utilities can be improved more. I was hoping there is a stove to cook some light food, it wasn’t provided due to the limited space, I believe. However, please consider of installing one or providing a portable device for it.

Obviously the location. Can't be beaten for views. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Quiet during the night. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view from the room over the lake and great location a close and easy drive to the centre of town. Very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and hassle free.
