Batuta Maldives Fourson

Great location, literally right on bikini beach. Staff were really helpful during our stay, cam and picked us up and organised any transfer or tour that we needed.

Needs some painting in the room and in the bathroom.

The beach is beautiful, and sea is stunning. Plenty of fish (even lionfish and stingrays) - this place is perfect for snorkling although the currents can sometimes be strong. Bring your swimming shoes and snorkling equipment (Batuta has some, if you don´t bring your own). Rooms in Batuta were nice, plenty of space, A/C and internet working well. Beds were comfortable. They also provide beach towels. The food is tasty, we have ordered grilled fish (jack fish) and it was the best fish we have ever tasted. We have also appreciated the late check-out as our last day was rainy and the speed boat we booked was in the evening. Thanks a lot!

We were welcomed in Batuta Surf Inn reception and offered their bathroom to change for swimming suits. This bathroom was a disaster, dirty and mouldy. The area around the hotel is noisy, you are practicly on the construction site as there are 2 constructions in process very close to Batuta hotel. Moreover, the beach is in the shade of the tall building (10 floors!) in the afternoon. Batuta doesn´t have enough sunbeds for their guests.
