The location is great, the room is provided with own fridge, TV, wifi router, bathroom, a great front-yard by the entrance. All was very clean. A great kitchen provided with all you need to eat and drink. For travelling in the core of the city you can take the tram from few meters away on a perpendicular street. Even with Uber is very cheap and short to travel to centrum of the city or even at the mall. I felt like home, was very quiet place, i wasn't disturbed and i could work very confortable at any hour of the day!

The smell of the drains (like really old buiding), but this went away with some fresh air and an "Air wick"! Everything else was perfectly ok, even few hours sun in the front-yard.

Owner a very ok and helpful man. Quiet property. Very clean. Old style furniture but maintained. If you come with a personal car, there may be a problem with parking. The owner, although we did not specify in the reservation that we were coming with our car, helped us to park right at place. As a hint, before turning right on the one-way street, you can go forward parallel to the tram line, you will surely find parking spaces nearby. We will return with pleasure as many times as we have the opportunity.
