Breakfast was delicious..staff are really friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The room was spacious but very warm but we asked for a fan and were given one so that was great. Bedding was good quality and bed was comfy (just a little small) Bathroom and walk in shower was perfect Breakfast was very good and staff very attentive

Parking situation isn't great, not enough spaces for occupants when full. It advertises it as somewhere to sit outside but there was only 1 table and chairs at the front in the car park - could do with some additional seating areas outside. Could do with a bit of refurbing in general around the house (hallways and staircases)

Location. Easy walking distance to Windermere and to Bowness. Comfortable room and very good breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Exceptionally hot weather for our stay so room was quite stuffy as no air conditioning. However for the UK this probably isn’t a regular occurrence. We were just grateful that the weather was nice

Very friendly staff. Location is very convenient to walk to local amenities and attractions. Hearty breakfast!

Bathroom needed a bit more ventilation so it could deal with the humidity.
