Loved the location , staff, comfort and breakfasts

A few areas needed dusting - light fittings and a roof light window was very marked and dirty but didn’t effect stay

"This little gem is great value!!"

Everything you needed for a short stay and good position halfway between Bo'ness & Windermere. Decent sized bedroom, lots of tea & coffee & milk. Biscuits most welcome too. All the staff were helpful and smiled :) Breakfast was plentiful, eggs cooked however you like, perfect poached eggs. Thank you all 💜

Only issue was a softish mattress. Parking for us was a problem, as some guests were thoughtless how they parked their cars...... Hence a few guests like us had to park on the next street!!
