조용하고 온천탕이 좋았고 침구가 아주 청결하고 직원의 응대가 친절하고 좋았다

조식이 제공되지 않은점이 아쉬웠고 안쪽에 위치해서 찾기가 어려웠음

L'accueil et la gentillesse exceptionnelle de notre hôte. La propreté irréprochable des lieux et la chambre traditionnelle spacieuse. Nous avons adoré l'onsen privatif. Et quel plaisir cette vue sur le mont fuji depuis la salle de bain ! (Sans cela on ne l'aurait pas aperçu avec cette météo capricieuse). Bref c'était parfait !

Le délai de réponse aléatoire avant notre arrivée mais une fois sur place le personnel a été très réactif et flexible, encore merci pour ce séjour !

"Lovely stay"

The hostess was so lovely and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was great, very traditional. Private onsen was very nice as well.
